Pizza Artista is locally owned and operated by Scott and Cynthia McClaskey, and Kirk Miller. These South Louisiana natives are experts in the field of multi-unit operations, marketing, operational excellence, new store start-ups, and team member development within the State of Louisiana.

Kirk Miller currently has 37 years of experience in the pizza industry and was an Operations Director of 30 plus pizza restaurants for a national pizza chain.  Scott McClaskey currently has 39 years of experience in multi-unit operations within the pizza industry. He was also an Operations Director of 23 Pizza Restaurants for a national pizza chain.

Cynthia McClaskey has eight years of experience in single-unit operations and management with a local, Louisiana-based pizza company. She has another 30 plus years of experience in layout and graphic design.

Having spent over 30 years each in the industry, Kirk and Scott decided they wanted to build something  special...something different...something amazing. Watching the trends in the food industry take a turn to fast-casual dining, the McClaskey's and Miller decided it was time to bring Louisiana a fast-casual concept that not only focused on speed of service but excellence in customer hospitality.

As Louisiana locals, they have incorporated the authentic Cajun flavors of South Louisiana into their "create your own" Signature and Chef-inspired pizzas. Their goal is to offer the freshest ingredients possible to their guests while maintaining high standards in all areas of their operations.
